My name is Sarah and I am a Registered Psychotherapist.

I believe that emotional connection is essential to our well-being and I am passionate about helping others create fulfilling and meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

  • At this time I have a waitlist of 6-12 weeks for new individuals and couples. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, you can reach out to Hello@sarahcrosbypsychotherapy.com or through the 'Contact' page.

  • Yes! I offer a 20-minute ‘meet and greet’ call, via video chat or phone. You can set this up through the Contact page, or by clicking the “book with me” button at the top of this page.

  • Sessions are 50-60 minutes. I work with clients on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your needs.

  • Yes! I offer couples therapy on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

    Though I work with two partners at a time, my work with relationships is affirming and supportive of both monogamous couples and those whose relationship or family structures may include more than two partners.

  • Many third-party insurance plans reimburse the cost of psychotherapy, Please consult with your provider for more information.

  • I offer primarily in-person sessions with limited availability virtual sessions. Note that my work with couples is in-person only.

  • I offer sessions at Bonney Elliott Psychotherapy and Consulting at 301 Metcalfe St., as well as through Shepherd Psychotherapy at 437 Gilmour St.
